About

Kusala (Pāli):       Wholesome, skilful, good, meritorious. An action characterized by this moral quality (kusala-kamma) is bound to result (eventually) in happiness and a favourable outcome.

Hi, I’m Tara! My own personal journey with nutrition began with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome some 10 years ago now. I learnt first-hand the impact of my diet and lifestyle choices on my health and energy levels and since that time I have embarked upon a path to redirect my career into the field of Nutritional Therapy in order to support others with their health. I have a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Functional Nutrition and I am regsitered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). Prior to that I have a BSc (Hons) in Biological Chemistry along with an MSc in Cancer Chemistry, and I spent my time working in the field of analytical chemistry.

Presently I am working across Norfolk and Waveney delivering group sessions for the National Diabetes Prevention Programme as well as coaching clients privately on a 1-to-1 basis as a Nutritional Therapist. My goal is to help you achieve your optimum level of health through positive nutrition and lifestyle choices. I will encourage and inspire you to make small but valuable changes to your daily routine, empowering you to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. By working together we can, and will, accomplish the outcome you desire, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised for many years to come.

So, are you curious to learn more about what’s going on within your body? Are you ready to make some wholesome changes to improve your health? Then get booked in for a 15-minute discovery chat, and let’s get started on the journey to better health!

I look forward to hearing from you,

Tx
