Kusala (Pali): Wholesome, Skilful, Good, Meritous

An action characterised by this moral quality (kusala-kamma) is bound to result, eventually, in happiness and a favourable outcome.

My own personal journey with nutrition began with a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome some 10 years ago now.

I learned first-hand how what I ate and how I lived affected my health and energy, and that discovery sparked a career change into Nutritional Therapy, so I could support others through the same journey.

I have a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Functional Nutrition and I am registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). Prior to that I earned a BSc (Hons) in Biological Chemistry along with an MSc in Cancer Chemistry, and I worked in analytical chemistry and laboratory management.

As well as my private clinic, I deliver group sessions as a Health Coach on behalf of the NHS, supporting those diagnosed with pre-diabetes, hypertension, as well as those taking Mounjaro on prescription.

Whether you’re just starting out on this journey or looking for extra guidance alongside your treatment, my aim is to help you build sustainable habits around food, movement and lifestyle, so you feel confident managing your health for the long term. It’s about giving you practical, realistic tools you can carry forward, well beyone our sessions together.

Whether you’re joining me privately or through the NHS, my goal is the same: to help you achieve your optimum level o health through positive nutrition and lifestyle choices. I will encourage and inspire you to make small but valuable changes to your daily routine, empowering you to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. By working together, we can, and will, accomplish the outcome you desire, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised for many years to come.

So, are you curious to learn more about what’s going on within your body?

Are you ready to make some wholesome changes to improve your health?

Then get booked in for a 30-minute discovery call, and let’s get started on the journey to feeling like yourself again!

I look forward to hearing from you,

Tx
